Blonde Brownies ( not the most filling but i accounted for it).....i was cutting them to take them into work and was "sampling" Kashi Waffles waterx3 Yogurt Fruit waterx3 Santa Fe Burger ( soy burger with salsa/monterey jack cheese and avacado) waterx3 .....feeling very dry and dehyrated, but feeling bloated at the same time, go figure that one out
