Good luck especially after yesterday

I am up .8 so now I'm 1.6 lbs. away from goal but I'm okay with it. I enjoyed Christmas and all of my favorite foods. I'm back on track today though and hopefully I'll have a loss next week! I hope everyone had a great Christmas! Don't stress if your weight is up after Christmas just remember today is a new day and we can all get back on track. My sister got me one of Aimee's cookbooks for Christmas and I can't wait to start trying some of her recipes!
