Up a 1b. Now I'm up 4 total and mad kinda that I'm heavier.
I know what I did..I enjoyed my week and its time to get totally on track. I counted and journelled for 2 days and will till I get those 4 off and one more. I have a wedding saturday and a Maggianos fiesta on New years eve after that I have no temptations for months.
I'm still in my skinny pants but not much longer if I dont pull the reins in.
I know I can lose again and I will.

Down 1.5 #. Still 2 from my goal I set of losing 40 by the end of the year. Oh well, at least I'm down.

I normally weigh in on tuesdays, but since it was Christmas day it was closed. I was up 1.6 lbs. which isn't too bad considering I didnt do very well OP at all. I think I am having last supper syndrome or something.
