Our weigh-ins were changed to mondays the 24th and the 31st, but I didn't go to either one.
Will be returning next Tuesday the 8th.
I'm back on track today after being off for a couple weeks.
I didn't go completely nuts, but did eat more than I needed to, so
it's back OP today.

Glad the holidays are over only because WW wont be closed on some of the weigh in days.


I am down -2.6 pounds.

That is 2.8 below goal

WW goal was 160,so this is my third week of maintance. I did hit 160, the week of 12/12 but since it was 160.2, that dont count.

My own goal is 155.
So to date i have lost 70.2 pounds which i started March 13,2007

I dropped .2 now I'm 4 under goal, and tomorrow makes 15 mo OP 10 mo maintaining goal...

and missed 1 meeting and or weigh in all that time.

I am going today on my lunch hour. I even brought the clothes I normally wear to every weigh in, just so I dont have to wonder if what I am wearing could be a factor. Ugh! I'm kind of nervous.

I was shocked....I am down 3.4 lbs! How it happend, I am not sure. That brings my grand total to 19.8 lbs. lost.
