I dident go to my meeting for the 3rd week because I've got the kids home today and a playdate.
I weigh 145 1bs at home.. 4 1bs up from my lowest weight and 10 1bs under my ww goal.
I'm in a losing mode this week and got my soup made and my frozen dinners and lots of veg in the house.

Down 1 pound. Had hoped for 2 but at least it is down. I'm back to where I was the week before going to my mother-in-laws for 4 days.
