I got my WW mag in the mail yesterday. They had some good recipes in it.
One little snack that i tried was a FF caramal rice cake, with cream cheese and sugar free spread. It was good and took the hungry bit out of me till dinner.
I love the 0 point soup and made it yesterday.

Wraps and make pizza from them or quesadilla with spinach veggies and cheese.
Ground turkey spagetti sauce with mushrooms over whole wheat pasta.
Veggie lasagne.
Turkey and veggie burgers.
Quick Irish oatmeal over a bannana with low sugar syrup.
Special k with dried strawberries served over fresh strawberries and a bannana.
Egg beaters.
All the above helped me lose 52 1bs.

Someone sent me a recipe for broccoli cheese tater tot casserole. I made it last night, but I did steamed broccoli and cauliflower and omitted the cheese on the top. It was SO good. The kids even scarfed it down.
