OP today for me too. I am home this morning and then running my mom to the store and running errands this afternoon. I will catch a walk today since the temps are still mild.
Op today. Down another 1bs so 1 1bs to get to where I was and 2 more to get to my new personal goal. This is the first time ever on ww I splurged at goal and re lost the weight so I feel empowered and in control.
I feel this time I'm a ww forever.
