I'm in for another 24..

I walked the last two days for several miles, just kept going, like the ever ready battery LOL...

Not hitting the gym, the weather is too nice to be indoors and besides its good for the dog to be out walking with me.

I am in for another 24 too! It is unbelieveably windy here - 20 mph and up! I think I am back to the treadmill this morning. Oh well. I have the MP3 on the charger, so I will listen to music.

Op today and hoping for a good ww weigh in after 3 missed weeks. I'm a lifetimer so its ok. The kids were off school and busy eating..lol..to get weighed.
Been good all week.

I've been OP all day. Tonight, I am kind of "blue" and could very easily give in to temptation. I'm pushing myself to go and walk on the TM. I don't want to blow a good OP week either.
