Good morning! Another Op day for me. DH has another medical appointment today, and things will be busy. That is good! Busy means less chance of straying.

OP today. Discovered something exciting yesterday. With the 43 pounds that I've lost my BMI is now in the obese not morbidly obese range. That should help with many medical problems.
