alot of snow predicted for tonite, but luckilly not here at the beach everywhere else, thats the perk of living around a lot of salt water..

I plan an OP day today once again I'm going into 16 mo on WW still maintaining that 5 under goal. its hard tho....

but if I stay in one day only I can do it..

today is day 200 of me being OP!

I was just thinking last night how "mild" of a winter we have had here in central PA. There has been a few days of cold, a few days of snow, but just a dusting to a few inches that melted the next day.

OP today is what I want so badly to achieve, but messed up again yesterday and allowed a triggering of old destructive habits to get to me...I know today is a new day, and that it's time to move forward again. It's good to be able to come here, despite the struggles...Maajida
