Special k with strawberries and added fresh strawberries with bannana. 2 coffees.
Turkey ham and cheese sandwhich.
Dinner appitizer flat out pizzas with spinach that I need to use up.
Chicken sausage homemade from Itiliam store, salad green beans rice or potatoes..maybe sweet potatoe fries.
I eat 20 to 30 points to maintain. I dont count only to lose when I go up. I want to be flexible and have fun without mindless eating.
