great job, i am in my 5th week of maintance, after reaching goal(160). I can not WAIT to know longer pay the weekly fee.
I am still slowly, but steady working on my own personal goal of 155 for me
I am up once again - 1.4 pounds...so close, yet so far away. I am thinking that all the extra intense exercise is contributing to this gain - I sure hope it starts to come off again (real soon) very disappointing when I am so close to goal. I know I didn't do anything food wise this week to result in a gain - ate my points, watched my salt, drank my water and then some. I am spinning 4 times a week plus doing strength training and mixing in 2 days (at least) of walk/jogging to switch things up.
I will keep on doing what Ive been doing - it did result in a 70 pound weight loss so far after all

I did weigh myself today and I think I'm down a little but I didn't weigh myself last wed. so i will have to post next wed. how I'm doing...Everyone did a great job this week.....
