you're giving us some great ideas. Thanks. Trader Joes was a godsend for us when remodeling our kitchen over the last few (many) months. Their "Just Chicken" product is wonderful...it's just cooked sections of chicken breast...they have a plain version and two others that are seasoned for a Cesear flavor or a teriyaki flavor...being without a stove or oven, for us, it was a godsend in being able to have it for simply cooked protein.
