Welcome Linda A lot of us have hit goal, and alot has to do with this site. Stick around.. OP means On Program... Theres a thread started every morning and we go in there and make ourselves be accountable to stay OP for the day.. Theres another one for the Menu of the day or the foods your eating.. Breakfast, Lunch Dinner and snacks... Its also a good way to keep your journel, by planning your foods for the day... good luck on your journey...
