Exercise Accountability for Week of 1-20-08

The purpose of this thread is to track your plans for exercise for the week as well as what you have actually done to earn those AP's each day! :)

My plans are the following:
Sunday - off
Monday - trainer for 40 minutes
Tuesday - trainer for 40 minutes
Wednesday - treadmill for 50 minutes
Thursday - trainer for 40 minutes
Friday - treadmill for 50 minutes
Saturday - trainer or treadmill for 40 minutes

How about you?

Today - Sunday - I jogged at 3.4 miles an hour on the treadmill for 40 minutes to burn 325 calories.
Monday - Gym - 50 minutes on various equipment to burn 300 calories and then off to water aerobics to get in some weight training and core strengthening in the water. I prefer this 10 times over sit ups
Tuesday - gym - 50 minutes same as above and water aerobics ditto.
Wednesday - gym for 50 minutes or until 300 cals are burnt
Thursday - Dvd here at home working off 300 cals and step aerobics at the gym in the evening. I burnt 300 + at this gals aerobics class last week.
Friday - gym - to sweet of 300 cals in the a.m. before work.
Saturday - Treadmill and or Walking aerobic dvd to rid self of 300 cals.
Sunday - ditto of Saturday.
I am ready for some nice warm weather so I can do something different.

I belong to a state of the art gym and so far until today haven't taken advantage of the equipment.

I usually do water aerobics 3 times a week for 1 hr, but lately the pool has been so cold and so highly chlorinated in made everyone sick to their stomaches.
so today
I decided to use the machines..

I'm starting out slowly

I did the treadmill at 5mph for 35 min burning up 150 calories and 2 miles..

After WW tomorrow I'll do it again, and try to get there 5 times this week...

Think this will be an off week for me. I'm having digestive problems and have to have a colonoscopy on Friday. Have to start clear liquids today. Don't think I'll have enough energy to exercise even if I was feeling better. Maybe I'll lose lots of weight this week when I don't eat. Hopefully I'll be back to exercise next week (if I don't have to go to Jury duty, will find out Friday if I have to go next week).

Did mt 40 minute walk everyday so far..no excuses.

on the treadmill at the gym

Today is day 3 in a row

treadmill walked 1 1/2 miles burned off 125 calories doing 6 laps...

That being said, I have finished 40 minutes on the trainer and am off to take care of my 2 sick kids.

I'm heding out with in the hour to hit the gym

1/2 hr treadmill 1 1/2 miles, 150 calories burned up.

if I feel up to it I'll hit the rowing machine for a few maybe 10 min....

off I go... byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I spent the morning in the yuck Motor Vehicle,
womens worst night mare....

glad its done and over, I would rather have run 4 miles than deal with what I had to do..
