My goal for this week is 130 minutes, up from 120 last week, so that is at least 30 minutes 5 days this week. Sunday-Saturday.

1 mile walk with weights 10 minute lower routine with weights 10 minute upper routine with weights 40 minutes total today 80 minutes done,50 minutes to go
Treadmill/Smartgirls do dumbbells routine 28 minutes total 108 done-22 to go
1.5 mile walk -20 minutes 130 total to date, i have met my goal of 130 minutes this week and still have 2 days to go
1.5 mile walk -23 minutes( warm up +walk) cardio/dance 23 minutes 176 minutes -46 minutes past the target
Treadmill/Smartgirls do Dumbbells Routine i added an extra 3 minutes for the treadmill today 30 minutes today 206 minutes done,76 minutes past my target!!!
