I spent the morning yesterday on with Dell, seems like not a virus but an infection got into my computer, beware of Malaware Alarm, don't download
anything your not comfortable with, theres a lot of
hackers out there..

So after 300.00 dollars my computer is back and runnning, I had to have a lot of spyware installed, so it was a project..

I'm on program today, and heading out to a WW mtg.

Count me in on the OP wagon.

I'm here at work and OP for another day.

I had an early morning drs. appt (ear hurts) and I had to weigh in. Apparently I've lost 3 lbs. since my last visit, which was less than 30 days ago. Nurse was like, "Did you know?" - I told her that I for sure knew about 1.5, so that was a nice surprise. As we were talking, another nurse overheard and had heard me mention WW and since this time last year I'd lost 68 lbs. This other nurse just went nuts!! (In a good way) The whole nurses station was staring at me, including 2 drs. They couldn't get over it!! Made me feel sooo good!!!

OP today and mixing it up. Had an egg on a piece of toast this morning, YUMMY!

Op today again.
