I was going to weigh in tomorrow morning (usually a gym morning). Here's the question, is it going to throw off the scale if I just worked out for an hour and drank 32 ounces of water?
I go to WW Tues mornings at 9am I have 1 cup of coffee about 3 hrs before I actually weigh in and in other words I go on an empty stomach.
I hit the gym after I've weighed and stayed for a meeting...
I would suggest you workout after the scale, and take the water with you to the meeting, and when you step off the scale, drink away.... and have something to eat before the gym..
I go to the gym before my WI because my mtg is at noon and I HAVE to get my workout done in the AM or I just won't want to do it. However, on my days of WI I just sip water occassionally and chew gum. Then I try to take my water with me cause I go to WI right after the gym and then I chug the water.
I DO eat breakfast and have my coffee though before I hit the gym. I have to fuel my body or my workout won't be much of a work out. I just try to eat light things that won't weigh me down.
