The purpose of this thread is to post your exercise plans for the week as well as to track the exercise you did on a daily basis to earn those AP's.
My plan for this week is:
Sunday - reat
Monday - trainer for 40 minutes
Tuesday - trainer for 40 minutes
Wednesday - treadmill for 50 minutes
Thursday - trainer for 40 minutes
Friday - treadmill for 50 minutes
Saturday - trainer for 40 minutes
my plan-
Sun- 15 minutes on Nordic Track
Mon-weight lifting circuit, 45 minute water aerobics maybe treadmill
Tues- Nordic track
Wed- treadmill and water aerobics
Thurs- same as Monday
Fri- same as Wed
Sat- Nordic track
finished today's goal to earn AP for snacks tonight
I hit the gym after WW
I did 2 miles and burnt off 175 calories..
I came home got the dog and did another mile in the
park, then had lunch..
After i ate I went out and raked leaves, its 66 degrees here today, kinda spring like so its time
to get my flower beds in order and ready to be mulched in March...
I did a mile and a half at the gym and i pushed myself but couldn't hit two miles..
two days in a row is a bit much,,
I'll skip tomorrow and go on Fri...
Taking an extra day off today. I still feel sort of weak and achy from the flu. I plan to use the treadmill tomorrow, but on an easy setting. Life won't end if i give myself a little break since I was sick.
So much for planning ahead for the week. Don't think I've managed to do what I planned all week. Yesterday did weight lifting circuit and 45 minutes in pool. Today 45 min aerobics class in the pool. Tomorrow have to take off for a quilt club trip so no gym.
