Exercise Accountability for Week of 2-3-08

The purpose of this thread is to post your exercise plans for the week as well as to track the exercise you did on a daily basis to earn those AP's.

My plan for this week is:
Sunday - reat
Monday - trainer for 40 minutes
Tuesday - trainer for 40 minutes
Wednesday - treadmill for 50 minutes
Thursday - trainer for 40 minutes
Friday - treadmill for 50 minutes
Saturday - trainer for 40 minutes

my plan:
Mon. 20 min. cardio, 1 hr wts
Tu. 10 cardio warm-up, 1 hr spin class, 1 hr Pilates
Wed. 20 min cardio, 1 hr wts
Thur. 20 min. cardio, 1 hr wts
Fri. 20 cardio, 1 hr boxing routine upper and lower body
Sat. 20 min. warm up, 1 hr step class, maybe easy hike
Sun. rest
Maaj

Sun maybe 40 min at the gym

Tues 40 min treadmill at 3.1 speed

my plan-
Sun- 15 minutes on Nordic Track
Mon-weight lifting circuit, 45 minute water aerobics maybe treadmill
Tues- Nordic track
Wed- treadmill and water aerobics
Thurs- same as Monday
Fri- same as Wed
Sat- Nordic track

finished today's goal to earn AP for snacks tonight

I did hit the gym on my way out this morning, I just walked a mile on the treadmill...

at least I got it in..

Mon: Slim in 6 video=60 minutes to kick my butt

Today, Monday, I did my 45 minute 3mile walk DVD with weights.

busy day today. Water aerobics class, wight lifting circuit and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Then spent the afternoon in the sewing room.

No workout for me today, still a sick kid and I'm fighting off the sickness---I think I'll take a nap today

I hit the gym after WW
I did 2 miles and burnt off 175 calories..

I came home got the dog and did another mile in the
park, then had lunch..

After i ate I went out and raked leaves, its 66 degrees here today, kinda spring like so its time
to get my flower beds in order and ready to be mulched in March...

I did a mile and a half at the gym and i pushed myself but couldn't hit two miles..
two days in a row is a bit much,,
I'll skip tomorrow and go on Fri...

works better for me!!!

Monday- BLT (buns, legs, thighs) class 30 min
ran/walked on track 45 minutes

Tuesday- spin class

Wed. - walked a little - need to do something else cardio

Thursday - day off - have to drive to airport and back (3 hrs each way!)

Friday - spin class

Sat - strength train and run/walk

Sunday - hoping the weather is better for some outside activity either ride my bike or run/walk or else its the treadmill for me

Baby with an ear infection---I am really missing the gym!

Taking an extra day off today. I still feel sort of weak and achy from the flu. I plan to use the treadmill tomorrow, but on an easy setting. Life won't end if i give myself a little break since I was sick.

So much for planning ahead for the week. Don't think I've managed to do what I planned all week. Yesterday did weight lifting circuit and 45 minutes in pool. Today 45 min aerobics class in the pool. Tomorrow have to take off for a quilt club trip so no gym.

Just got off the treadmill - 50 minutes!! I felt much better today so I really worked it.
