Bought a new exercise DVD, Belly, Butt & Thighs(Prevention) I thought, oh its only 32 minutes long. I should have not said ONLY........it kicks butt, its so intense that is why its ONLY 32 minutes long. 2 minute warm up and 10 minutes of each belly,butt and thighs.
