as i said at the meeting. I no longer look at the scale when it shows an increase as the same way i looked at an increase, 60 pounds ago. I am ok when the numbers go up and down plus or minus 2 pounds,over a period of weeks. I no longer want to lose, and maintaining my recent loss is what i am doing. i am still below my goal, i am still OP, i am still tracking, i am still doing exercise, i am still being accountable, i am still weighing in every week
