B - Quaker Oats breakfast cookie - Oatmeal Raisin

L - Flatout with turkey and laughing cow cheese, fatfree pringles, and 1 c. grapes

Dinner - ??? Haven't thought that far ahead

Yesterday was so exciting... 4 saltines and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. LOL

I did have a bowl of cream of wheat this morning - so far so good. I have some hamburgers thawing for supper, but I don't know if I will be able to eat them yet, or whether I will just make them for the family. I think I better take each meal as it comes.

twice baked potatoes and chicken

NOTE: Rachel Ray made some really yummy healthy recipes for twice baked potatoes on her daytime tv show today. She used chicken stock instead of butter or milk and added broccoli, salt and pepper and some sharp cheddar. I'll let you know how it is. She had two other recipes on there, you can check out her website.
