The purpose of this thread is to post your exercise plans for the week as well as to track and hold yourself accountable for the exercise you do each day to earn your AP's. Everyone is welcome to post whatever they would like.
My plans include:
Sunday - rest
Monday - trainer 40 minutes
Tuesday - trainer 40 minutes
Wednesday - treadmill 50 minutes
Thursday - trainer 40 minutes
Friday - treadmill 50 minutes
Saturday - either trainer for 40 mins or treadmill for 50 mins
Got in a bike ride this week and a kickboxing class on Tuesday. Now I have another sick child so I'm home bound and fighting the winter/sick blues. I need one of those sad lights!
water aerobics and treadmill today. Didn't post yesterday but did weight lifting and water walking. Have an appointment set up with my coach next week to learn how to use the new Nautius weight machines. Time to shake up my routine.
