Well, I'm scratching my head....yesterday looked like I was going to be down 1 lb. and today it says up one 1 lb. So, I guess I'm going to have to go with up 1 lb since I weigh in today.

That happens to me alot and I get excited when it goes down but the next day I'm back up. It comes to how much processed food I eat for me.
