Got my new DVD in the mail today;

Prevention "Shortcuts to Big Weight Loss"
Burn fat & Sculpt Muscle with Cardio,
Pilates and Kickboxing.


Warm up, then 10 minutes each of the Cardio,Pilates and Kickboxing.The cardio and pilates also uses weights.

Total 38 minutes

91 minutes to date,74 minutes to go to reach my target

kind of a bummer day today, my car was getting repaired so I took my two girls and went on a 35 min bikeride. Hopefully pulling the 70 lbs in a bike trailer helps!

PS. We have hit 50degrees and all the snow is melted!!!!!!!!!!!!

warm up + 1 mile walk = 20 minutes

cardio Sculpt= 10 minutes


30 minutes total

153 minutes to date- 12 minutes to goal this week

BB & Thighs is not 10 minutes ...... its 32 minutes

so i did
206 minutes this week and 41 past the target
