No snow but.. OP. Its brutally cold here ( Pennsylvania) its now 12:30 and sunny and 11 degrees, but it will pass and soon it will be warmer!!

I am in central Pa, Philly is east of me, about 3 hours away.
Maaj Philly is about an hr from me.. I'm in South Jersey The Shore area.... Cold here just 27 right now this morning was 17, cold for the shore area, as we have so much salt air coming off the ocean... keep me posted when the time comes for you to go to philly might be doable to meet... think about it..
