The purpose of this thread is to post your exercise plans for the week as well as a thread to track the exercise you have done to earn your AP's.
My plan for this week:
Sunday - rest
Monday - 40 minutes on the trainer
Tuesday - 40 minutes on the trainer
Wednesday - 50 minutes on the treadmill
Thursday - 40 minutes on the trainer
Friday - 50 minutes on the treadmill
Saturday - 40 minutes on the trainer
45 minute water aerobics and 45 minutes doing the new (to me) Nautlius weight lifting machines. Boy did that do me in. I was doing another circuit that even though they are similar michines seems to target the muscles a little bit differentlly.
Back to the Y today. When I did the new weight machines on Monday my trainer said I would really feel it. About noon yesterday I started to feel muscles in my inner thighs and by evening I could hardly walk. This morning it seems better so will attempt the machines again today. Have to get some activity points because we're going to a friend's for dinner and I have WW tomorrow.
Its starting to look like I can't get my treadmill time in today. I had my oldest (9) sick and stay home from school today. and now my youngest has everything too. Lets hope it doesn't get too bad I hear there is a ton of stuff going around.
got 35 min of treadmill in today.. I have trouble getting cramps on my right side if I run more than a few minutes. This happen to any of you? any suggestions on how to prevent that or work throught it?
Chelsie, I only walk on mine, so I am not sure, but maybe you could slow it down and walk until the cramp subsides and then speed up again to run? Glad you got your workout in afterall!
