waaaaaa, stayed the same at 166, despite being totally OP with food and exercise. Reminding myself that I can't let scale readings provoke a return to old destructive habits...for too long I've let that old "why bother" mentality ruin my OP efforts when the scale didn't say what I thought it should. My clothes are fitting better, I am building lots of muscle with my wt. training routine, my stamina is improving, and I know those are the important things as I move forward on this journey. Maaj

The bottom line Maaj is as long as you feel and look good, thats what counts, for so long we didn't feel good about ourselves and its takes time to adjust
the old attitude..

Stay on Program and eventually the scale will move in a downward spiril and you'll hit goal.

It took me months to get that last lb off..

I'm also working out on machines now in the gym, and I expect the scale this week to go up, its just a #

Maajida this will teach you maintance. I'm losing my last few 1bs every week and I go up if I take my mind of this for a day.
Dont give up..shake it up.
