I just read this and thought i would share, this is from Prevention Magazine. I am a HUGE fan of their exercise DVD's, i dont buy the magazine that often.

On the National Body Challenge, Dr. Oz is recommending that you do not go by the scale but your waist measurement. Women should be 32" or below and men should be 35" or below.

even after losing 70 pounds my waist is not 32 or below, and never has been.........probably never will be,but i am happy and hopefully healthy.
