Hi! I am new to this website and am trying to track WW points before formally joining a meeting in my area. I have been tackling this for a week now and have lost 6 pounds! I have quite a bit to go but 6 pounds is 6 pounds.
Welcome Dana Good choice on heading to WW, we've all done very well on it along with coming to this site. Its so much easier doing the program with a group such as the great women that are here.. Have fun with this journey...don't make it a diet, make it a new way of life....
