Does anyone have the recipe for making Weight Watcher's ketchup?

Why would you want to make it when you can use good ol Heinz???

I was the old timers of WW in the early 70's when we had to make it.. it was gross...

the ingredients if I rememember are

can of tomato juice (large one)
worstachire sauce
salt, pepper. garlic powder

I think thats it..

boil it down till it thickens...

I second the Heinz....its not like ketchup is loaded with points..........1/4 cup is one point, i may eat that in a month.

Heinz all the way... I substitute salsa a lot in place of ketchup too, if that helps.
