I like mine with small knob of butter lemon juice salt pepper. Brushetta on top was good too. I broil mine in toaster oven. I saw fish tacos made out of tilapia.
Thanks ladies, those all sound yummy. I did find one in a magazine. It calls for 1/4 cup egg substitute, 1 Tbsp. fat free milk, 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp. flour, and 2 tilapia fillets (5 oz. ea.) Mix the egg sub and milk together in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine Parm cheese and flour. Dip fillets in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. I fillet has 196 cal. 5g. fat and a trace of fiber. Thanks again for sharing your recipes.
