L: I heard good things about the WW frozen entree - Chicken Parmesaen (sp?) so I might give that a try - 6pts with a salad on the side since these never are enough food for me.
D: grilled chicken breasts marinated in Wasabi Teriyaki sauce (got at Costco - sounded interesting) with some stir "fried" veggies and maybe brown rice.
S: trying to stick to fruit for my snacks, maybe a WW yogurt or my standby airpopped popcorn with ICBNB spray.
BTW - the smart taste pasta (I think it is Ronzoni) I made last night was really good - for 2 oz. it is 180/1/6 and has extra calcium too. It tasted just like regular pasta. The points figure out like whole wheat pasta - a little less than regular.
