L: Boca burger on lite wheat, baked spud with FF Promise

D: chicken marsala stromboli and eggplant roulettes

B. Multi grain cheerios with 1/2 cup milk

D. spagetti with lite bread with ICBINB and a little garlic salt. ( After weigh in )

Dessert: English Toffe Crunch WW Bar

B; WI this morning so just coffee for now

Will take my 0% yogurt and fruit to meeting

L: I heard good things about the WW frozen entree - Chicken Parmesaen (sp?) so I might give that a try - 6pts with a salad on the side since these never are enough food for me.

D: grilled chicken breasts marinated in Wasabi Teriyaki sauce (got at Costco - sounded interesting) with some stir "fried" veggies and maybe brown rice.

S: trying to stick to fruit for my snacks, maybe a WW yogurt or my standby airpopped popcorn with ICBNB spray.


BTW - the smart taste pasta (I think it is Ronzoni) I made last night was really good - for 2 oz. it is 180/1/6 and has extra calcium too. It tasted just like regular pasta. The points figure out like whole wheat pasta - a little less than regular.

B yogart, TJ's fiber cereal, banana and protein powder into the mix.

L was out I had a simple turkey, swiss wrap and a dill pickle

s apple with p/b


probably no dinner as lunch was filling. and besides I'm going out tonite with a crew no food tho
