Exercise Accountability for Week of 3-2-08

The purpose of this thread is to post your plans for exercise for the week as well as to post what you have done each day to earn those AP's.

Sunday - rest
Monday - 40 mins trainer
Tuesday - 40 mins trainer
Wednesday- 50 mins treadmill
Thursday - 40 mins trainer
Friday - 50 mins treadmill
Saturday - 40 mins trainer

Tues: bike ride

Wed:
treadmill 45 min 3-31/2 miles
weights

Thurs: bike ride

Friday:
spin class?

Never done the spin class before so I'm going to give it a try. It's been 60^ here so it's time to break out the bike and take the kids in the trailer!

Sun. 1 hr treadmill
Mon. 1 1/2 hour treadmill
Tues. 45 min treadmill
Wens. WW Meeting
Thurs. 1 hour treadmill
Fri. 1 hour treadmill
Sat. 1 hour treadmill.

If I have time for some weights and my hubby is around to spot me I'll do some of them.

40 min on treadmill 2.25 miles and 320 calories

none for me today day off..

tomorrow I start working at curves so I'll get me a workout for 1/2 hr there using their equipment.

back to my own gym on Wed...

Here's my plan:
Monday - 45 minute run - Done
Tuesday - Spin class
Wed. - 30 min. walk and strength train
Thursday - spin class
Friday - spin class
Saturday - 45 minute run
Sunday - depending upon weather - will get some walking in but might be day off.

Whew I'm tired just looking at this list

stairs and running done (on the track today)
strength all done and getting stronger in the upper body (I want to loose the flabby-waggy on my arms)

hour in the pool (aerobics) Nautilus weight lifting circuit. Tomorrow won't go to gym because of quilt club and Wed back to it (if the ice storm they are predicting doesn't stop me). It's kind of scary when they talk about the ice storm because 17 years ago today we had a storm that knocked out power for a couple weeks around here. This storm isn't supposed to be as bad (if the weathermen know what they are talking about)

35 minutes treadmill (250 calories, 2 miles)

too busy tonight didn't get anything done but standing on my feet all day. That has to count for something right?

Didn't get to the gym yesterday. Today we are iced/snowed in. All schools in the area are closed. Guess I'll have to use the ski machine or maybe just run up and down the stairs for exercise today.

Going for a bikeride today I think. I'm still sore from my weights on Monday and painting yesterday (up and down the stool). I'll get something in! Maybe I'll get spunky and go to the gym.

I did the gym as planned.
Now I'm out the door to walk Jeni in the park.

come home do some cooking and then staying put.

Attended my first spin class today (only 1/2 because I was late). It kicked my butt then I did an hour of Yoga and pilates mix. Nice day today

Bailed water up and down the basement steps for over 12 hours. Wonder how many AP's that is. LOL

50 minutes on the treadmill. That beats carrying buckets of water up out of the basement any day!

45 minutes water aerobics, Nautilus weight circuit and then for something different got on the recumbent bike and pedaled for 20 minutes. Went 3.5 miles. That is the first time I've been on a bike for many years. Usually my knees kill me but today it didn't seem to bother me. I'll try it again.

no work out for me tonight. Had to work late and run too many errands. Had a birthday party for my step monther and at least I skipped the cake!!

Spinning class today, kicked my butt. I hope I can walk later!

Spent 70 minutes in the pool. 45 minutes of that was in an aerobics class that really is a workout. Then I rode for 30 minutes (4 miles) on the recumbent bike. I was beat when I got home. Earned 5 AP so that covered my lunch of a real peanut butter sandwich.
