How are you all getting in your 2 milks a day - I really struggle with this. I count the ff milk I put in my coffee as 1/2 milk and I try and eat my ff yogurt every day to get in 1/2 milk. What else do you have? I find when I get my milks in I lose better!
Marilyn, I have a glass of milk with my breakfast or I have cheese on some meal during the day. If not I have the yogurt or string cheese. Hope that helps!
I do one cup of SF/FF instant pudding made from a mix, make my oats with one cup of milk, eat 1 cup of cottage cheese FF and use 1/2 cup of FF milk in my chia tea. Each one of these things is a serving of milk. I have to get in 3 servings.
