it soumds like me when I was approaching goal, I lost in dribs and drabs of .6 and .8 and .8 and .8 weekly I was the .8'er queeen of my group LOL...
i never quit tho, that was the key to my success.
so at least .5 is .5 and not plus .5 look at it that way....
hell today I do cartwheels with a loss of .2.
Thanks for the encouraging words. My husband has been helping out with the kids in the morning, so I don't have to get up so early to work out. My kids aren't the best sleepers, and it's hard to be up at 3:45 knowing the alarm is going off at 5am to work out. So, he has been getting the kids ready and takes them to daycare. I can sleep till 6, work out, kiss them goodbye and have an hour to my self!!
Hang in there Maaj-you are A LOT closer to your goal than I!!!
