Breakfast WW meeting and there I have

banana 1 pt
WW yogart 1 pt

then its just a ham and cheese wrap 3 pts
in the car after the meeting, not to run around
on an empty stomach.

Cinnamon Oatmeal ( Quaker Oats, Weight control) its ok plain, but i bought if for a reipe where You add applesauce to it and i like that better than plain.

maybe another muffin - so good for 2 pt.

not sure what else to use up my points - maybe some more yogurt and berries to get in some dairy.

B Banana at 5am 2
Quaker oats oatmeal on the go banana bread at 7 (4) I am trying to eat a little something when I wake up and then eat more 2 hours later right before I start work so I don't feel so hungry waiting for break at 930 it worked today!!
