Exercise Accountability for Week of 3-9-08

The purpose of this thread is post your exercise plans for the week and to post what you have done to earn your AP's.

Sunday - rest
Monday - 40 mins trainer
Tuesday - 40 mins trainer
Wednesday - 50 mins treadmill
Thursday - 40 mins trainer
Friday - 50 mins treadmill
Saturday - 40 mins trainer

Day off

tomorrow is a work week I'll be exercising
2 hrs three mornings a week and the gym in between..'

I'm actually building a 6 pack lol..

the scale is up with all the workouts I've been doing, but thats ok its just a number..
my jeans are falling off me...

LOL over the jeans falling off. Mine are doing the same thing! I only have one pair that will evn stay up. I can pull the others off without even touching the button.

Mon 30 treadmill
Tues 50 treadmill
Wen. WW meeting
Thurs. wont get it in my daughter has a concert
Fri. 40 min (doing what I don't know I will be in minneapolis)
Sat. Hopefully many blissful hours walking around the mall of americal!!

Today 35 minutes on the treadmill.

Needed to lower my daily targets. I am starting to get board doing the treadmill and I dont much like videos. So last week I started not working out since I knew I wouldn't do 60 min. So we will start off slow again and work my way back up again.

I worked 2 hrs 48 min and spent most of that time on the machines or doing cardio...

must have earned 1000 AP's LOL..

Great workout today. 45 minutes water aerobics, 30 minutes on recumbent bike and weight lifting circuit. I earned 6 AP today. That helps counter the PB sandwich that I had after working out. I sure do love my PB. I was set to order the PB2 until the shipping was almost as much as the product. So guess I'll stick with the real stuff.

4 AP today. 15 min on treadmill and 20 minutes on stairs (sweating like crazy). Moved on to 25 min of weights and stretching.

Wont get in a workout tonight. Hurt my neck at work today. Going to relax it tonight and maybe do a little extra tomorrow.

Just finished 40 minutes on the trainer. Today may be a little crazy, so I got up early to get it out of the way.

30 minutes on the bike and 45 minute aerobic water workout.

30 minutes on the treadmill 240 calories gone.
they raised my hours at work for the next two days. Don't know if I will be able to get down there again before I go away for the weekend.
