Ok i bought a new Prevention DVD called
"Fight Cellulite Fast"
its 2 fat-blasting workouts for a firmer butt,sleeker thighs and slimmer hips.
There is the usual warm up 4 minutes
the cardio portion is 6 different intervals or levels as they call them. The "slow" cardio is 2 1/2 minutes and the fast cardio is 3 1/2, so at 6 levels You are doing 36 minutes. I was dying last night doing this DVD, and i been exercising for a year!!
Tonight i did the lower body portion of the work out which is targeted strength training with weights that target your hips,thighs and butt.
Its been 10 minutes since i finished and i still can feel my thighs "burning"
so a 4 minute warm up
17 minute targeted toning
4 minute cool down
