B: Nutrigrain Waffles and PB2 ( I had eggbeaters over the weekend, and I LOVE them, but I sure missed my waffles and PB2)

L: Boca burger (I bought a new variety this time), baked spud, tomatoes

D: Meatloaf, veggies, side dish - not sure what one yet.

Treat: WW ice cream cup with toppings.

Breakfast:

1/2 cup of oats prepared with 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of maple sf syrup added.

Lunch:

1 slice of peppered turkey breast 2 0z
tomato light wrap
1 romaine leaf
couple of squirts of Newmann's asain sesame dressing
carrots
Light lays chips 1 point 28g
orange
yogurt ww with 1/2 cup of fiber one for crunch
1 light cheese stick 1 point
1 fiber one muffin top 1 point made from the directions on hungrygirl.
Some of this will be lunch and some will be mid morning and afternoon snack

Will post dinner later.

No dessert, I'm going to WW in the morning..

Tonights meal was:

4 0unces of baked Cod Loin 2 pts
fresh asparagus steamed in a zip and steam bag
salad with Newmann's own spritz asian salad dressing
watermelon 1 cup 1 pt

Snack will be 1 cup of vanilla pudding with sf eggnog syrup added to it and a minibag of ACT 11 popcorn 94% fat free.
