yogurt ww with 1/2 cup of fiber one for crunch
1 light cheese stick 1 point
1 fiber one muffin top 1 point made from the directions on hungrygirl.
Some of this will be lunch and some will be mid morning and afternoon snack

Snack will be 1 cup of vanilla pudding with sf eggnog syrup added to it and a minibag of ACT 11 popcorn 94% fat free.
