I just got my pkg. of 4 jars of PB2 powder. It came real fast. Of course as soon as I opened it I mixed some up. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it's not Jif. I think if you spread it on a waffle, crackers or even a sandwich it wouldn't be too bad. I'm sure it will taste just fine in a recipe.
I love it on waffles. I have it that way many mornings. I agree it is not Jif, but to me, it is worth the point savings. The taste and texture are something I have gotten used to and I really like it now.
