In a large bowl beat cheeses and sugar until smmoth. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes;let stand for 2 minutes or until soft set.
Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture.Fold in cool whip.
Spread 1 1/3 cups of cookies into a 13x9x9 pan.layer with half of the pudding mixture and 1/2 the cookies.Repeat layers.Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
