I see a difference in the numbers on the scale, my bodu was pretty tight to begin with being I worked out at my gym 3 or 4 days a week with cardio and 6 body firming machines..
This week I worked out 4 days doing 4 rounds per work day.. its curves and you go around a circuit for 1/2 an hr.. cardio and machines.
when I'm not siting at the desk, I'm doing some kind of cardio...
I'll get my body measured in a month to see if I lost any inches.. I got measured when I started..
