WW meeting - taking my yogurt and fruit and water

lunch - not sure yet

dinner - chicken probably grilled with wasabi teryaki sauce and baby bok choy and snow peas
sf/ff pudding for dessert
fresh pineapple and strawberries

Breakfast: Egg w/ 2% slice Cheese on 1 slice bread 4pts.

Snack: Quaker Mini Delights - choc. mint 2 pts.

Lunch: 1 c. Turkey Chili with 5 saltines 5 pts.

Snack: 1 c. grapes 1 pt.

Dinner: SW Turkey Burger on 1 slice bread and Salad 6 pts.

Snack: Sugar Free fudge pop - 1 pt.
