Found corned beef made from Round instead of brisket. Lots lower in fat so points friendly. It was very good. Made nice slices. It was worth the extra cost.
Ooooh Pat a peanut butter sandwich sounds like a great idea. Might have to join you on that one.
Other than that don't have a clue about the menu today. Probably my usual yogurt and berries for breakfast and some sort of chicken (have chicken breast in the fridge) with veggies for dinner. Winging it since it's spring break here - have my younger son home with me today so pb&j sounds good for lunch.
