I can't think beyond coffee for right now - it is an hour earlier here than where most of you are.

Ingredients
8 ounces pasta (any shape)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup salsa
1 can (15.25 oz.) fiesta corn, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt added diced tomatoes
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, drained
1 package (8 oz.) Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Veggie Steak Strips
Directions
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, in a very large skillet (12-inch), sauté onion and red pepper in oil over medium
heat until tender.
3. Add salsa, corn, peas, tomatoes, black beans and Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Steak Strips. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes.
Okay-had my coffee (actually time for my afternoon cup LOL) went for a long bike ride, came back and swam in the pool. In between grabbed a summertime lunch - HOT DOG on the grill WW version actually had
hebrew national 97% ff hot dog (1 pt)
on a 1 pt hot dog roll with mustard and sauer***** (0 pt)
