grrrrr, 163, up 1, and I wasn't even off program...resisted getting out of control with all my favorite foods at Easter brunch, but the scale just doesn't always reflect our true efforts. Not sure if this is just a blip, but things are going slowly progress wise and I am starting to get frustrated and not sure if I need to make some changes...I know I need to be better about water, but I will think this week about how I can fine tune my efforts...in the meantime, I remain totally OP. Maaj

I was just looking over your progress for the past 3 weeks you've had losses all along, so this 1 up will definately be off next week plus some..

Hang in there, your doing a great job...

yes get that water in and if your working out, water is a must... that what I was just told about a week ago by my leader.

Tobe thanks so much for all the support and encouragement. Yes, I do work out alot and definitely need the reminder about drinking enough water not just during the actual workout but all through the day. Sure appreciate your help. Maajida
