coffee fage 0% yogurt with canned pineapple (I am out of frozen blue berries - need to make a trip to Costco I guess) maybe a fiber 1 bar after spin class salad and if I get to Costco some rotisserie chicken on top grilled salmon some kinda veggie frozen ww yogurt with a dollop of ff cool whip (SO YUMMY and counts as a milk serving which is hard for me to get in and so helpful to my weight loss) That's it so far - have to figure out the points and see if I have room for anything else - laying low on the salt since it is WI tomorrow.
