Oh i can tell its been 3 days of no exercise. My lungs hurt and my body aches,nothing a hot bath can't cure.

having the day off work, in order to meet my goal for this week, i knew i had to step it up and break it up, so i did the cardio now and will do some other AP before the day is done.


my lungs still hurt when i am doing strenous cardio(like today) So the couch to 3k, is on hold at least for awhile.

25 more minutes of cardio tonight, its been awhile since i exercised 2x's in one day, but in order to meet my committment i knew i had to do it.

191 minutes done to meet my goal of 190 minutes this week
