Dinner - Tacos (made with low carb tortillas, salsa, FF sour cream, and WW shredded cheese. (not sure of points yet).

Actually, no, it's one by Kelloggs. It reminds me of a PayDay candy bar, if you've ever tried one of them.

Tobe - how many carbs are in those WW sweet/salty bars? I had to find something to replace my fiber one bars b/c of the carbs (30 g. carbs in them). The Kelloggs Sweet/Salty bars have 18 g. carbs in them.

I was told by my dr. to reduce the carbs and stay around 15 g. per snack....that's really hard to do when you want something like a granola bar. So, I just wondered what the carb count was in the WW ones.

Carrie-
Just wondering if you have to figure out simply the carbs in something or can use the net carbs which would be the total carbs less the fiber grams - might give you a little more wiggle room to get a snack down to only 15 grams of carbs.

For example - fiber 1 bars have 29g total carb, but have 9g fiber so the net carbs would be 20g.

I guess you could only eat 1/2 at a time - not much though.

my Shishkababs were soooooo yummy! That marinade I put on the steak (and veggies)and then grilled them with pineapple and green peppers outside. I laid it on 1/2 cup of rice. That was the best dinner this week and it was only 7 pts
